I ordered a number 6 and got the wrong trio. When i went back to have it corrected, they gave me the same number 6 trio AGAIN.... Also, WHY IS THE ICE CREAM MACHINE ALWAYS BROKEN!!!? How is the milkshake machine broken in December? Update: 4 times in a row it's broken. What a trash location. Was told by the... person taking my order that their menu in the drive thru doesn't match the indoors menu. So a #4 outside isn't the same as a #4inside. What are you clowns doing over here? McCafe must have it daily Beautiful service fast
The hand soap in the men's room really stank, the blow dryer smelled burnt and no paper towels so my hands reaked while I ate,... bad experience. My lady friend told me that there was no TP in the women's handicap toilet stall. That is all I have to say!!! Read more
Fast service but they made countless mistakes. From forgetting a pattie in my friend's burger from straight off lying to my face... about the size of their apple juice ( trying to pass a medium for a large, and giving my friend the right size). Terriblecustomer service, i would rather starve. The poutine was sub-par, they didnt put tomatoes in my burger, and there is around 10parking spaces. Next time, just go to Tim Hortons. Read more
The slowest service I ever had in a McDonald. They were 7 people in the back and i stayed 20 mins for 2 hamburgers trio's. I... waited 7 mins in front of the cash, people walked in front of me and never stopped to take my order. So, then I ordered fromthe self-order machine. I couldn't believe the amount of time myself and the other customers waited. I saw 8 cars passing by thedrive thru while people inside wait for minutes. Employees are not trained enough and lack basic curtosy. I had to go inside to fix a problem that they created out of knowledge... of their cash system. Disappointing experience will be flagged to the head office. Read more
