Worst customer service at this location. Employee at the front had a nasty attitude and no sense of customer service. Not even a... hello upon entering. Employee that was with miss angry was wearing a sweatshirt with her hood on. I ordered 3 sandwiches andthey were all made sloppy and customization order requests from online app were not followed. First off, I walk in and the place is a mess, the employees didn't even greet me. I stand there for several minutes (i'm the... only person in the store) before they act as if i'm interupting their web surfing time. I order a sandwich and tell the dude "nomayo please"... the dude put mayo on my sandwich and must of realized his mistake and scraped off as much as he could thinking Iwouldn't notice! Twice we have ordered online, and had our orders canceled with no emails or notifications. Why offer delivery if your are unable... to process the orders? The staff was rather condescending and not helpful at all over the phone. I would give 0 stars ifpossible. Read more
The past two times I ordered online with this Jimmy Johns I always do delivery. 30 minutes to an hour will pass and I still... don't receive my order so I call and the staff will tell me they do not have a driver right now. Why offer delivery if you arenot going to fulfill a customer's order? I am at work waiting for my food, I clearly selected delivery, if the staff knows thereis not a driver the least they can do is call the customer to let them know the food is not going to be dropped off. Honestly worst customer service at this location. I would rather go across the street to jersey mikes. They make an error on a... sandwich previously and wouldnt remake it. We place an online order and i get handed the wrong order (different name) with outverifying the order. They dont acknowledge you when you're standing waiting for your order. And no hi welcome, how are you orthank you. Samdwiches are never made as ordered. We asked for extra items and some were either missing or regular. Last time weorder here. Read more
I wanted to order the Gargantuan sandwich which includes Turkey. Thengirl informed me that they are out of Turkey. I said ok and... asked to get double of one of the other meats since there was no Turkey. She informed me that it would b an extra charge!!!
