Hello LaMirada resident I went to the free sub sandwich giveaway today at this location. The workers were doing well until the... owner came out with a rude attitude towards the customers. As I was checking out he made a rude comment as to saying make surenext time you come pay for your food. I did not appreciate his Sarcastic comment. I worked here. It was Terrible. Not because of the actual work but because the owner is the most disgusting disrespectful person... I?ve ever met. My first week working there he left me alone to run the store while he went home. It was raining and the powerwent out so the system went down as I was putting in a customers order. When I called him for help he yelled at me and told meit was my fault the system wasn?t working and called me stupid. He repeated this to me in person while the customer was standingthere. Another time, I was preparing a sandwich (mind you, I know I like my sandwiches to be full and sometimes the proportionsyou?re supposed to use are ridiculous, so why would I skimp a customer) I added 2 more slices of meat than your ?supposed touse?. The customer was happy, and it definitely had no financial devastation to lose 2 thin slices of meat, but apparently hethought otherwise. When he saw the sandwich I was making he counted the slices, then confirmed with the customer that she didn?tspecifically ask for extras before he TOOK OUT THE 2 SLICES AND PLACED THEM BACK IN TO THE BIN TO BE USED ON A DIFFERENTSANDWICH. If we could give no stars we would. My husband asked for olives which a worker named belter put like three olives on his foot... long Turkey sandwich. My husband asked for extra vinegar because he loves it but then belter says there is a limit to how muchhe can put before he has to charge. It's such a shame because it has never been a problem before with any location includingthis one. If you can't get a sandwich the way you like it why bother buying one?
