Great staff and fantastic ice cream creations!
Cold Stone is my favorite ice cream. Disappointed to come here to get my favorite and the girl didn?t mix in and chop up the... strawberries all the way. Felt like she was stingy with the toppings but in reality it was just the two frozen strawberries shedid put were at the bottom and whole. Please don?t be lazy and chop and mix the toppings well, the whole taste of the ice creamdepends on this very simple task. Read more
For a Sunday night it wasn't too busy, but a few. The staff (2) were doing their best work with a smile. They were friendly and... moved along quickly. There was some flavors like strawberry cake batter, banana bread batter and some commonfavorites. Overall great experience, awesome staff, and good selection! Read more

I absolutely love Cold Stone. However the customer service in this place is AWFUL!!! I asked for an ice cream a certain way and... the server made a mistake so he had to toss it and he rolled his eyes at me and his facial expression told me he was very upset.It is too bad he did not listen to my order and made a mistake. I paid over &12 for my order and I should not have to settle foran ice cream made a way I didn't request it. I will continue to go to cold stone but not at this location. TERRIBLE CUSTOMERSERVICE! Who doesn't love ice cream? There's not a way to ruin ice cream unless there's a long, black hair in it, which is what happened... to me today. I went into Coldstone excited about eating ice cream on a hot day, but when I went to order my favorite Cake BatterIce Cream I noticed a long hair in the batch of ice cream. I motioned over the salesperson and explained that I could see along, black hair through the glass, and her sarcastic response was, "Oh, good eyes." She proceeded to scoop out the hair andthrow the contaminated ice cream in the garbage, but left the entire batch since it all wasn't "contaminated." She then used thesame pair of ice cream scoops to serve ice cream to another customer in line. It was absolutely horrifying. I left the storewithout purchasing any ice cream. price 3/5 ambience 1/5 service 2/5 Cold stone creamery used to be place where fun aspect of seeing icecream made, but now it... seems like people are just going through the motion. It was a sad sight to see. The price is a bit high and the taste seems moreblend than i remember. Read more
