As of November 20, 2022 this establishment is going through several renovations. Unfortunately, this information was not made... available to me while booking a small party online. Nor was this information made available when the manager called to confirmsaid reservation. Would I have still booked the party? Probably. But it would have been nice to know that the entire back wallwas covered in plastic and taped off. That being said, the bathrooms are in need of some serious updates. Although, they may bebeing renovated as well. And for the record, not a toilet seat cover to be had in the women's restroom. Sure, I was able to usetoilet paper to cover the seat...but it felt like some kind of health code violation. The girls in charge of our party weresweet and helpful. They seemed knowledgeable in everything pertaining to our party package, and were attentive to our needs. Ourreal issue was with the manager. While my husband tried to add on a few pizzas for the adults in our group, the manager insistedthat our running total was upwards of $700. When my husband called me over to confirm, again, it was insisted that that was ourtotal. For 6 kids and a few added on goodie bags? No! He asked the name of our party and when we told him, he was upset andhopefully embarrassed because the total ended up being someone else's and not ours. But instead of apologizing for the mistake,he lashed out at one of the workers standing at the register with him. As though it were her fault. He wasn't friendly or kind. And when we first showed up 15 minutes prior to our party time...we stood there for almost 10 minutes before we weregreeted/asked for help. I read a few reviews beforehand and it seems everyone kind of has the same opinion. It's a convenientlocation for those of us in Whittier. The food was fine. Pricing was okay. The girls assigned to our party were wonderful. Andwe would definitely recommend a party at Chuck E. Cheese's, but there is a lot to be desired when it com Read more

The visit was for a school fundraiser. We arrived at 7pm. Advised food orders would be delivered in 2 hours or more. The staff... was unapologetic and stated ?that?s just how it is?. The salad bar was unappealing and even dessert was not an option ?we don?thave dippin? dots. They all melted and froze in one big lump.? Again staff appeared to be perfectly fine in offering this?customer experience.? Read more

If no stars was an option, i would give no stars. There was a tall Caucasian male working at the front counter. He was very rude... to me and my guests. I haven't been to chuck E cheese in years and when I went I was very excited because it was my daughter's4th birthday. At one point I just wanted a cup of water and I asked him and he rolled his eyes and sighed. He not only did thisto me but to another one of my guests. I assume he was a manager because he told one of the staff to clock in. He seemed veryarrogant when I asked him about the packages and I was just asking to get the best deals. He was just rude. My guests went up toorder more food and told me of more of his eye rolls he'd given them. I was extremely dissatisfied with how it was. At one pointmy child ran over to the party section and he was like she cant be there. Like, shes 4 shes excited. I thought this was wherekids can be kids? Very disappointed. That guy was do rude! I have to stay this Chuck E. Cheese is one of my favorites, at least was one of my favorites. My opinion the manage has to say... that the Manager needs to be fired. His lack of courtesy and customer shows from the moment you walk in, he literally looked atme up and down. I been to this location several times the ambiance is great when that particular manager Wayne is not there. Today, will be the last time I spend my hard earned cash on this location. I spent $90, only to walk away from table to wash my5 years old hands and come back to my food thrown away. Not only that but every time I would grab food from the salad bar; Wayne would be right next to me making sure the every serving spoon was placed were he wanted. I think there's way of doingthings in a courtesy manner to not make your paying customers feel comfortable and he definitely lacks a lot as a manager. Hedefinitely isn't very welcoming and honestly his behavior seemed very discriminating. I will not return to this location tillsomething is done about this management. Read more

Still one of my favorite ones to bring the kids. Face masks is required.????They only allowed one beer each hour. Max is two... beers???????? a person???????. Still friendly employees. Good pizza ????and fresh???? salads. Plenty of parkingspace.??????? (Old Review) A radiant restaurant. This was one of the nicer less crowded Chuck-E-Cheese I've been. Employees arefriendly. restroom is always kept clean and stocked. There's a Starbucks next to it which they allow you to bring in but youshould ask first. Last time forgot to ask the manager and my sister brought in two cups of coffee the big ones and the managergave her dirty look and told her that's not allowed. When he saw it was for me he told the employee its okay. Plenty of parkingbut be aware there's little small business around it. For $20 you get 1 hour of games, rides and tickets games. and one morething ask before you bring any Starbucks in. Read more
