Good service...great tasting fresh bagels

HORRIBLE Customer Service this morning!! I will NOT return, I called ahead like I have done in the past and I put in a small... order. I get there to pick up and the line was very long, so I walked up to the side counter and stood there for a few minutesbeing ignored. No one asked what I needed or asked how can they help. I finally spoke up and said I?m here to pick up an orderand the VERY RUDE lady behind the counter said stand in line. I looked at that line and said I called my order in and yoursaying I have to stand in that line? She responds with yep. So I left, being late to work over a bagel isn?t worth it. They donot know how to handle morning rushes and either do their attitudes. I?m big on Customer Service, I?ll pay double, I?m all aboutsupporting my local family owned restaurants, but when you treat me like that you just pushed me to take my business elsewhereand to let all my family and friends know about my experience. I can order online and pay online with Panera Bread that isaround the corner and pop in go to the rack or side counter they have for online orders and pick up and I?m in my way. I do notrecommend this place and this isn?t the first time this has happened. If I could give 5 negative stars I would. Read more

I got a ham egg and cheese bagel. Their bagels are very large and it just wasn't doing it for me. I don't know if they need more... salt or they weren't chewy enough. These are okay bagels. The service was nice but slow. I went back to give him another try.I got the egg bacon and cheese bagel. The egg and the bacon and the cheese have like zero flavor as well as the bagel I knowit's a lot of dough and no taste. I had a better service experience this time.
