I've bought turkey bacon avocado sa dwhiches fro nsubway my whole life and never have i had a worker get bothered saying that... they don't sell that there that they can only sell what's on the menu not add stuff. It was an older lady with dark hair and shegot mad because i asked her to repeat herself because I didn't really hear her because of her mask and accent but she rolled hereyes. I was on break as a delivery driver so not sure why she had attitude when i asked for a sandwich that all subways sell. Ihonestly just walked out wasn't gonna deal with her. Girl that made my sandwhich didn't didn't bother to close it before putting it in the bag so it completely fell apart when I... opened it. Also drowned it with Sriracha and chipotle sauce. The bag she put it in was all messy too because she got the sauceall over her gloves. Read more

Went at 11:15 today and there was one person working. She had to use the restroom at one point and we all just stood around... waiting for her to come back. Not her fault, you need to have more people working at peek hours! I spent 25 mins waiting toorder one sandwich. Ridiculous! Read more
All good except the lady didn't put the sticker meant to secure the wrapper on correctly. she only put it on one side. And so it... didn't ensure the integrity of the wrap. So the sandwich was exposed to the elements. Delicious though. Read more
I usually get subway no problem. Easy in easy out. I had 25 min to get to work so I thought I would be fine. But on this day... 7/24/19 the line was short but the employees look like they didn't know what they were doing near the register. It took about 15min till I got up to order my sandwiches. At the register, the employee was helping me finish up my order. He said, "$17.16" soI gave him a $20 bill. He gave the receipt and $1.36 change. I told him, "I don't think that's the right change" we looked atthe receipt and realized he charged me for the wrong sandwich. I ordered 2 foot long sandwiches, tuna and oven roasted chicken.He charged me for a teriyaki chicken and oven roasted chicken which went up to $18.64. I corrected him saying, "you charged mefor the wrong item. Can you change it?" He went back on the register, took out $40, then told me, "uhh, I have to call mymanager I'll be back". He goes to an office in the back with the $40 and shuts the door. Meanwhile, I'm waiting knowing I'mgoing to be late for work and more people started lining up for subway. I had to leave because he was still in the office. So Istarted heading towards the door saying to myself "screw it, it's just a couple dollars" .As soon as I reached for the door theother employee shouted, "Hey! Just get your change! It's right here!" She gave me the right amount and I had to rush towork. Employees with bad attitude, no manners at all. Walk in 20-30min before closing time(apparently web side says 10pm but workers... said 9pm but since is weekend they can close even earlier) and since they need to clean its consider close time @8:30pm. Sorude, worker ask me to complain with manager in the morning. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, didn't even bother what I was getting...Isimply wanted to buy a larger drink...really bad customer service and lazy workers that dont even bother to as "how can I helpyou today" I feel like any ignorant person can work here.
