First time ordering from the Panera Bread App and I am extremely disappointed. Ordered a dozen bagels with a cream cheese tub... for delivery and they forgot to pack the cream cheese. Of course they offered a refund but would have been great if they offeredfree delivery for the cream cheese. Now I have bagels for my staff and will have to go buy cream cheese elsewhere. It?s so easyto make sure orders are correct before going out but their online score says a lot about their business. 2 weeks later andstill no refund!!! This place has a serious ethical issue!! One of the best experiences I've ever had with customer service in a restaurant!! Ben, the team manager, was absolutely amazing!... Such an absolute professional while still being one of the most personable people I've ever met! Incredible! Not to mentionKreighton (I had to stop and ask how to spell his name) was amazing! He executed my order to perfection, and even though hisonly job is to make delicious food, he took extra time and effort to make me feel welcome, to give me good customer service, andwent above and beyond to be completely sure I was a happy customer who had everything I needed! Everyone I saw went above andbeyond to be sure I had an amazing experience! Oh, and did I mention I came in less than 30 minutes before closing?! And theystill made my ENTIRE DAY better?! I haven't been to Panera in probably a year and this experience makes me want to be a regularhere! I WILL be going out of my way to come to this Panera from now on! Thank you to everyone here. Expensive 'food'? Haven't been to Panera in a couple years and now won't bother in the future. Had the Spicy Take and a Green... Goddess salad. They were tasteless. The ST wasn't spicy at all, just chicken with bland reddish slime between bread. The GG hadwilted greens and a tasteless green dressing. Heck the dressing and sauce were pretty much the same, other than differentcolors. Meal was very expensive. Guess the chips are of some novelty value, 1 ounce of miniature chips and crumbs. How smalldoes a chip need to be before it isn't a chip? Very disappointing! Read more
I ordered French onion soup in a breadbowl. The soup was delicious! The only bad thing was that they gave me a piece of bread as... my side order. If I'm having soup in a bread bowl, why would I want more bread? Would have preferred chips or something but nobig deal, I'll still go back. Read more
2 Soups and 2 half sandwiches 40.00 dollars ridiculous.The cream of chicken soup broke,it turned to water and my steak sandwich... with white cheddar cheese was lacking in meat ,cheese ,and bread .Got my money back for the steak sandwich .10.49.from themanager .They were out of diet Pepsi so I ordered ice tea.I asked for a wedge of lemon They said ,there were no lemons cut ,Isaid ,bring me a lemon and I will have my hubby cut it with his pocket knife.I got some cut lemons .I only wanted a couplewedges .My hubby was so mad ,he called it a rip off .He felt like someone stole from us .What a poor looking sandwich .Hissandwich was made with cheap turkey role sandwich meat and very little avocado ????.Some of my bread is in photo that wasserved with my onion soup ,too.The cook said he used their portion method.God bless us all ! I love Panera! This location is hit and miss, but I think the food is usually good. Sometimes my veggie sandwich will have 1... pieces lettuce and onions(wrong order maybe? ), sometimes it's complete. Sometimes the food is incredible, and sometimes I haveto spit it out. But it's more bad than good, for me. Read more
If I could give 0 I would. My mom had to pick up an order from this location. English is not her first language so with accent... she asked if the order is ready. The girls who were making the order started to laugh at her. The order that was supposed to beready at 11:30 was ready at 12pm. Called to complain about racism and the manager (Bobbi) was a joke too so not surprised theemployees are bunch of uneducated people with 0 manners. Will never come back to this location and would never recommend it toanyone. I feel bad for the owners that hired these guys to work for them and loosing money because of them: Employee Terica wasthe one who laughed and ignored my mom. Manager Bobbi was who I talked to.
