The employees don't direct where the long line begins or ends and it causes confusion and confrontation within the customers.... There is also always a wait for most dishes requested upon ordering. There should always be hot food ready to go especiallysince it is one of the busiest locations! Read more
Very disappointed. Ordered pick up. Teriyaki Chicken breast, noodles and eggs rolls. The chicken was nothing like the... picture. All fatty and dark meet no teriyaki that I could taste or smell. The noodles were dry and for the money ($15 )theentree was the size of a large Mcnugget and the noodles portion wasn't much bigger. They gave me no sweet and sour, 1 packetof soy sauce and 4 packets of hot chili sauce and 2 broken fortune cookies. Won't be ordering from here again. Read more
Rude staff had to wait for food which understandably Friday night busy. They only allow 10 people san diego locations. They... made the food the girl manager made a door dash order first also fine. Panda added a new menu item; Surf and Turf. Sounded really great and the marketing poster made it look absolutely delicious so... I ordered a bowl. The reality was a disappointing bowl of fried rice with 5 jelly bean size pieces of steak and one piece ofshrimp. The vegetables were grilled nice and crisp but the lack of protein was laughable for the name Panda dubbed this dish. Read more

I spent $60 on two family meals. When I came to pick it up they said someone at grub hub already picked it up. I never got my... food delivered and I set it as pick up. They did not verify online orders at pick up so my order got picked up by another personand I didn?t get reimburse. I talked to manager who said I had to call grub hub and all this and that but offered no help. NowI have to dispute it with my credit card. Need to work on customer service. I then had to pay again and only could afford oneportion. They should verify orders with name first and last and order number and a signature. I didn?t but received a pick upconfirmation. Read more
