Food was disgusting at 11:20pm on Monday October the 17th manager was taking order and gave horrible attitude and forced me to... redeem a coupon code I didn't want to redeem and ruined my order because I ended up being forced to pay with cash because myorder was botched online and I didn't have enough cash. Manager then gave attitude about wanting to redeem other coupon andpractically tore my eardrum yelling through her speaker. Then when the food was produced to us the burgers were stale and half aday old at least and the fries has no salt on them seemingly on purpose coincidentally with the attitude that was passed to us.When there is no customer service then there is no positive experience. I only get breakfast here. The food is good, but the coffee is hit or miss with missing be absolutely horrible. 3 times now,... I've gotten iced coffee from here that tasted absolutely foul. The first 2 times were in August when I got the French vanillaiced coffee. After the 2nd time, I decided to switch to Hazelnut iced coffee which was fine for a while until yesterday when ittasted absolutely foul as well. I don't know if they don't clean their machines, are using outdated/way past use date product,or an undertrained/oblivious employee made them, but I do not recommend the iced coffee here. Read more
So the first time I came to this location I asked for a happy meal. And they asked me if I wanted extra fries or apple slices. I... said apple slices. I asked for bbq and a sprite. I didn?t get bbq or sprite. And I swear it was 4 fries. Then my husband had aspicy chicken sandwich and the meat was dry and cold. Very spacious open 24 hours the dining area to walk in and pick up your food is only open until 10 pm. Unless your doing... Postmates or Uber you just got to call them. Huge parking lot the staff are very friendly clean and understanding! I recommendthis McDonald's. Read more
Terrible. One word encompassing every part of the experience. By far my worst customer experience at a McDonalds. They... essentially force ordering at the barely functional touch screens then get almost every order wrong. Then hide in the back so noone can get what they actually ordered.
