Had a great experience at this location tonight. Order was perfect, and food was fresh. Witnessed a man throw a tantrum like he... was 5, and the staff held their own, being respectful while the dude swore at them, and was generally rude. Waited in the drive thru (order area) for at least 6 minutes before being answered (no one else was there) finally ordered a... grilled cheese and a plain burger, what I received was a burger that was not plain and the grilled cheese wasn?t even cooked itwas cold slices of cheese on bread, and while waiting for the food at the window (which took forever) the two employees in therewhere just having a non work related conversation and not making the food. We went inside because the drive thru was packed. Turned out to be a bad decision. The inside was completely empty, but they... completely ignored us. We were just about to leave after 10 minutes when she took our order. I understand the drive thru wasslammed so I tried to be extra nice. The niceness wasn't returned. I told my daughter that some people aren't supposed to be inthese kind of jobs! My kids said the food was good though!! Read more
I get decent service every time I come to this jack but this time around I was craving a coffee so I asked them if their coffees... had dairy in it and the person let me know they didn't. when I got the coffee it looked like it had milk so before drinking it Ichecked their allergen list and surely enough had dairy. As someone allergic to dairy, it sucks to see staff don't even knowwhat their food has. Read more
I really don't like to give bad reviews but this location has disappointed me over and over. I don't know why but the food here... is never the quality I've received at other locations. We recently stopped by on the way home from an all night ER visit and thefood WAS TERRIBLE!! I don't recommend this location as it has consistently had mediocre food over the years. Read more
The cook was a no show. Manager (I think) and window person were the only ones working. We got in the drive thru at 2:04am and... left at 2:38am. They should have not opened. The manager did apologize, which was nice. They admitted they were winging it. Read more
A few months ago I would've given this location a 1 star but they came through at 3:15 am this morning. I wanted a shake and... usually at 3am lots of JITB aren't serving shakes. They weren't about to serve me when someone in the restaurant said they couldserve my order. Wow! Talk about coming though. They have a bathrooms inside and they have a walk-in they have a huge parking lot. Clean atmosphere fast service.
