Under staffed and getting ice cream at this particular location means if your kids won?t choices like sprinkles or gummy bears,... they have to get the medium size not the small, because this cold stone requires your child be a pre-diabetic to enjoy therechoice of toppings on there ice cream. So unfortunate to be posting this review since customer service seemed to be satisfactory. As I was eating, I realized there... were dust/ possible cobwebs on my waffle cone. Upon further inspection, saw a spider on the fruity pebble of the chocolatewaffle cone, please see picture below. The waffle cones have most likely been sitting on the counter for a long while and haveharbored guests. I hope to not be sick after eating some of the ice cream :( No more Cold Stone for me. I drove 30 minutes for this location because it was the only one that had a small-sized chocolate cake that I wanted. I needed... to buy two cakes and I ended up buying some ice cream for myself as well. It was for a party the following day so I dropped over$60 in merchandise to accommodate my party. The second cake, which was strawberry, had cracks all over the top of it and it wasthe only one left. After I asked for a discount for the damaged item, they just looked at me and said they won't do anything.Then the manager came out and said the same thing. I walked away feeling upset and under-served about the situation. The icecream cake tasted mediocre, but I mostly don't recommend going here because the customer service is lacking. You would thinkrelatively speaking customers drop on average about $5 there per visit per person. The fact that they made over 1,000% off meyou would think they would have accommodated me a little bit more eagerly. Read more
