Under staffed and getting ice cream at this particular location means if your kids won?t choices like sprinkles or gummy bears,... they have to get the medium size not the small, because this cold stone requires your child be a pre-diabetic to enjoy therechoice of toppings on there ice cream. So unfortunate to be posting this review since customer service seemed to be satisfactory. As I was eating, I realized there... were dust/ possible cobwebs on my waffle cone. Upon further inspection, saw a spider on the fruity pebble of the chocolatewaffle cone, please see picture below. The waffle cones have most likely been sitting on the counter for a long while and haveharbored guests. I hope to not be sick after eating some of the ice cream :( No more Cold Stone for me.
