Terrible people skills. Takes a long time for them to do your request. Bad service. They had bad green salad. I?ve had asked... them to put more greens and it took 1 hour for them to fill it up. We went to get our drinks when we got there, they had no iceon both machines. I told them right away and it took over 1/2 hour for them to fill up the ice. It was not crowded until about 2hour later. The machine took a bunch of credits from my grandson account. I told the manager and he said he had to get hiscard. He started serving other people and took 20 minutes before he came back to me. I saw him the whole time when I was waitingfor him. They need to get better trained employees. I will not come back here again. This is the Chuck E Cheese locates atGrossmont Center in San Diego, CA. I forgot the place was even still around. I use to take my kids there about 25 yrs ago, now taking my grandkids. I was surprised... to see lots of electronic games to keep kids entertained. Plus they still have the large group dining/party area. Chuck-E Cheese& friends are still on stage providing thier automated entertainment hourly.
