I stopped by here and ordered nacho bell grande and got a nacho bell NOTHING. It?s was chips chicken and two dots of nacho... cheese. Then the pocket size manager ROLANDO tried to get snappy with me and had to put him back in his tiny box . This place isridiculous. They move in such a fast pace but aren?t doing what they need to do and give good customer service. Rolando youneed to go to customer service classes and portion classes because clearly you don?t know you?re job. Will not return ti thisplace and I will warn everyone else about this place . This was my first time at this location and got the new promotional item. The Chalupa almost had nothing inside but some meat... and sauce. I've never seen something this ridiculous at any other Taco Bell. Hopefully it's just a one time thing but worried togo back again. At least the order was correct and I got the sauce. Read more
We arrived home after going through the drive through only to discover we were missing six tacos. I tried to no avail to get... someone to answer the phone to see what could be done to rectify the problem. No one answered the phone for over an hour. Read more

Taco Bell is one of my go-to fast food places. I've been to this location several times. I've never had a reason to complain... until now. I had recently had ankle surgery and obtained a handicap tag because it's very difficult for me to walk. Bothhandicap spots were taken, so I parked in a non-handicap spot farther from the door and went inside. I noticed neither vehicleappeared to be authorized to park in a handicap spot. One vehicle was sitting there with the engine running and both frontseats occupied. Eventually, the passenger door opened. A person in a Taco Bell uniform got out and went inside. The vehicleleft. The other vehicle was also running with only a driver. Eventually, a person wearing a Taco Bell uniform exited a vehiclefrom across the parking lot, walked to the vehicle in the handicap spot, and got in. That vehicle drove away. So it seems thehandicap spots at this Taco Bell location are reserved for the emoyees' personal use out of convenience. Everything else is asexpected. Read more
Placed my order, cashier asked if I wanted any sauce to which I replied "fire sauce". Get to the window and pay, he asked again... about sauce and then remembered that I asked for fire sauce and then gives me my order. Without fire sauce..... like really? Whyask me twice if I wanted sauce just to not give me any? Read more
Food was terrible. Couldn?t manage to get the ingredients right on a single one of the items. And when they did it was terrible... proportioning, get a potato taco. That?s all they could do correctly. Read more
