The service and the food are awesome, they do need to fix the place up on the outside though. It's been messed up ever since the... accident, but I prefer this Jack over the nice new one that was built a minute away from my home. The one close to me is alwaysclosed at weird times. Like this morning, I waited in drive threw line behind 3 cars that got service for 10 minutes just towait another 5 minutes at the speaker before I finally got tired of waiting and went to the window just to find out they'reclosed for 5 minutes. I've never heard of a jack n the box doing that before, especially during busy hours like breakfast rush,I was in line from 7:55am to 8:12am without any contact from the employees until I drove up to to the window. Unprofessional!! I've never seen anyone disrespect an elderly person like this lady, RIGHT now at 8pm 11/7/22 . We waited at the... window for 30 minutes for 2 large cups of water and my grandma tapped on the window and a guy, a cook came from the back afteryelling the name "CONSTANCE" THREE TIMES that customers was at the window!! She finally came, made us wait ANOTHER 15 minutesthen came back and asked us to pull up because we are holding up her line. I'm 28, I was in the back seat and there was NO CARSBEHIND US. Finally 5 minutes later after she lied about her traffic, she got mad and told my grandma, "YOU REFUSING TO MOVE SOI'M REFUSING YOUR SERVICE!" My granny been coming here for YEARS and has NEVER BEEN treated with so much disrespect! This ishighly a disgrace to our community, I've seen this lady there before and she's ONLY nice when there are bosses walking aroundinside, PLEASE fix this situation. Read more
The drive thru speaker don't work, it says it closes at 10 pm but it be like around 7 and no one be there or there's a paper... sign that says, "we're close" it's just someone just wrote it. The food is good, I'll say that but service sucks, go some otherJack In The Box Read more
I was traveling from Dallas to Galveston to catch a cruise ship, and stopped at this Jack in the Box to get breakfast on the way... to the cruise terminal. I also needed to use the ladies room and change my clothes from a dress and wedge heels (which I hadworn to an occasion prior to leaving Dallas) to a pair of shorts, a tee shirt,and tennis shoes in order to be more comfortablegetting on the ship. Immediately after I had gone into the ladies room, a lady who worked at this location began banging on thedoor, and I said I would be out in a few moments. I also could hear some kids who were sitting near the bathrooms telling herthat someone was in the bathroom, but she continued to bang on the door. I very quickly changed clothes and used the bathroom,and while I was washing my hands the worker unlocked and opened the door!!! I was furious, and told her that I know she heardme saying I would be out in a moment, because I could hear the kids nearby telling her I was in there...her response was "noone told you to come in here and take a bath" when she saw that I had my dress and shoes in my hand. I held my composure andtold the person that I was traveling with that we definitely would not be purchasing anything to eat there ever! I was in thatbathroom less than 5 minutes, and had she opened the door while I was using the bathroom or was undressed, there would'vedefinitely been an altercation. No customer should have to be subjected to this type of rude and indecent behavior from anyemployee, and it certainly shouldn't be tolerated by any company. Read more
Came in from the back of JACK-N-THE BOX to drive thru on 1765, saw damages, but no one said the drive through wasn't working,... came inside to order, the black lady at the counter on 9/16/22 evening time, appeared to have a rude attitude when I was askingabout the drive thru, there was no sign in the back saying, "come inside". These attitudes will make me not want to come hereanymore/ act as though one owns the place, felt uncomfortable.The little white lady that normally work the drive thru is alwaysso sweet! Will not be returning to this Jack in the Box anytime soon. Went through the drive last night around 9:30, ordered my food and... came up to the window after about an 8 minute wait we got out food and drove home. We realized we got got regular fries insteadof curly like we ordered so we looked for the receipt and realized we were never gave one. After realizing that we realized Inever got my debit card back. So we drove back up to the store, and within those 8-10 minutes of leaving and going back theysomehow lost my debit card. They made us wait 15 minutes after pulling around to front we ordered drive through.. food finally came out it was COLD! AND MY... TACOS LOOKS HORRIBLE. I'm literally so sad about this. I use to love Jack in the box. Idk if Id ever go back. Read more
