10/19/2022 630pm. There were myself and husband at our booth and another couple in another booth. In an otherwise empty... restaurant. We ordered a diet dr pepper, mozzarella sticks a Colorado, Hashbrowns with cheese, toast, lemonade tea, Salisburysteak, brown gravy on Mashed potatoes, greenbeans. No diet dr pepper, no lemonade tea I waited 10 minutes for them to make thetea. I asked for water while I waited, it came with the tea and diet Pepsi. The Hashbrowns were way overcooked, very hard anddry. The Colorado was overcooked, I was asked if turkey gravy was okay on my steak and potatoes. I said that was fine When theplate arrived I was told they only had enough gravy so they put it on The Salisbury steak. Green beans and potatoes were cold,the gravy wasvTOO salty. Oh and the gravy was mushroom gravy that comes on the Salisbury steak to begin with. Which was finethat's what I was expecting. But I wanted gravy on my potatoes too.i didn't get a roll wasn't asked if I wanted a roll. Weasked for to go boxes (for my furbabies) he came back with small boxes, we asked for big boxes, we were brought small entreeboxes. Didn't see a manager. The floors needed to be swept. No customers means clean restaurant. IHOP is open 24/7 so why didn'tthey have lemonade tea made, the soda machine restocked, the gravy made, after all it's a mix. Read more
The crepes and omlets were sooo good! Excellent service from our waiter! Definitely return!
Terrible, the service was bad and it took a long time to bring out the food. The food wasn?t even that good, the fried steak was... VERY hard, not worth it. In the KIDS meal there were jalapeños we were not warned there were jalapeños. The omelette weordered was bland, food had no flavor, and the sandwich I ordered, the bread was hard very hard. I waited 25 minutes before being seated. Waitress asked if someone was helping me 2 times before I was finally seated. There was... ditty tables everywhere. The staff seem to say fine me.i could see into the kitchen food waiting to be picked up. It was notgood. By the time I got home I was nauseated and running to the bathroom, stomach cramping. I am done with this IHOP in LaMarqueforever. Someone needs to see what's going on in that place. Read more

I am very disappointed with this location on 11/3/22. I felt very isolated as the waitress had no problem talking to my wife... who is white and other white patrons but deliberately ignored me. She brought us an open hot sauce bottle with no lid. She onlybrought us 4 creamer. I asked for more creamer. She was annoyed and didn't want to. She forgot our crepe order. She wascleaning a mess and expected me to help her clean it up. I still blessed her with a nice tip. Read more
