Update I got this reply from their support staff. That?s very poor! Hello We are sorry for the time it has taken to resolve... this issue. We have exhausted all our resources and unfortunately, we are unable to get a response or refund from theowner. This not our standard. But that never happened and I was charged overa $110 ( including tip for a service I never received). I have called the store 3 days in a row asking for my refund. Spend almost 70 bucks on door dash for this meal. Brisket was more fat than anything and tasted boiled. No flavor at all. Did... not receive the burnt ends or sauce. Expected it to be at least ok but didn't even finish it. I feel like I threw my money away. Read more

For the Quality any Quantity we were very disappointed. The brisket was very dry and over cook, with no red smoke line, probably... oven cook, bread was hard. The portion in comparison to the price we paid will leave us to no longer purchase from yourestablishment ,as we post this review, business 1-0-1 is repeat business, we feel violated. Read more

I gave it an extra star for the mac-and-cheese. ???? No sauce was given, the chicken was dry, the coleslaw was missing the... 'Cole'. It was just vinegar and cabbage. (Not creamy at all) All of that and they were out of brisket. And my bf wanted tocomment that they were out of lids for the cups. But that could just be a shipment thing. ??????????? Brisket ends and Ribs were both WAY over salted. Which is saying something because I like a lot of salt. They forgot my BBQ... sauce which I also ordered extra. Gave me extra green beans I didn?t order. I work for a delivery company and I see thecomplaints all the time of them forgetting stuff or getting the order wrong. That?s one thing but, the fact of ribs and brisketburnt ends so overly salted was disgusting. Could not even finish a $25 meal!!!!! Read more

We can say that we were in really a lot of Dickies bbqs but if there is the best spot for the worst one, it is this one. Tons of... fat and uneatable extremely very dry and chewing brisket. Someone needs to teach them. No dickies cups, sauce were brought andno pickles. We filled their trash with almost 50 bucks. And cooked bacon in bbq beans .... not what we know and want. Read more

I ordered food here and they gave Me the wrong food and order a Baker with chopped beef and the meat was all dried out like... jerky I asked for jalapeno sausage and guys said not sure if they have Regular or Jalapeno he said let me check came back daodhe had Jalapeño when I got home and checked had Regular and I swear one had A bite out of it and believe the one he checkedwith I took a bite out of one myself to compare and they look the same with rounded teeth marks. So we called to get it replacedand they said they would and once we went go pick it up the employees lied and said they gave it to us. We never did receive ourreorder and these employees had to give to someone else and lied to there manager. We need something done about these lyingemployees before they do more harm I know it can be seen on camara who they gave this too and prove them lying. Read more
