All that glitter is not gold. This place looks beautiful from outside. Open plan cafe. Can take tons of pictures for the... aesthetics. Tons of outdoor seating. Best Drink Ever (name of the drink) was nice. It?s vanilla flavored iced coffee, sweet.Bit too sweet for my palate but not bad. Toilet was filthy. There was no hand soap, no toilet seat covers, trash on the floor.Had to tell the staff to get it sorted. Disappointed with the lack of hygiene, makes me doubt the cleanliness of the place. Stayed in La Jolla for work and stopped by Better Buzz almost every morning. They make a solid cappuccino and varying espresso... drinks. The highlight for me was their Best Drink Ever iced. Refreshing, medium sweet, nice flavor. For food, my favorite wasthe pistachio croissant. Tried a mn egg sandwich and some other pastries but the croissant stands above the others. I do wishthey offered to warm up some of the pastries. Overall, great experience! Read more

Better Buzz has a very young, aesthetically pleasing vibe and the coffee was delicious! Interior was not an ideal sit and work... situation but more a grab and go in my opinion. I had a vanilla bean latte which was decadent but a littttle too sweet for me.My partner liked his moroccan iced coffee a lot, too! Unique and yummy on a warm day. Very nice place good decoration and reasonable price. So cute and cozy ambiance. Lovely music during the visit. I liked... everything. Must come back Better Buzz while visiting San Diego and it was a great experience. Cool vibes, great coffee. Better than your average Vanilla Late. My wife got herself a vanilla bean late and that tastes... stronger like coffee. I went with the powder since it's more of a stronger vanilla taste and no regrets. Great drinks andawesome vibes. Would come again. Read more

This is quite a fun coffee shop! You can actually taste the espresso compared to big coffee chains. I asked for an extra shot in... my Horchata Latte and it certainly was not needed. The Better Breakfast Sandwich was a hit! If you love garlic aioli and tons ofbacon, you?ll love it. Read more
