Outstanding!!! Lilly went above and beyond to secure a table for a group of 16 on a very busy night. She could have easily told... me they were booked but instead asked for assistance from Eric who worked some magic to create space for our group. Kudos to theservice provided, it is seriously lacking in the food service industry but not at Beaumont's. Great dinner in the heart of Bird Rock. Our waiter was patient and friendly, helping us with our orders and questions. The... service was a bit slow, but that was totally fine, considering it was a busy Sunday night. We thought the most exciting dish wasthe edamame guacamole, which, although pretty good, didn't quite compare with authentic guacamole. None of our dishes stood outin terms of their taste, but that was fine—a great restaurant to go to with a large group of people on a Sunday night. Read more
Stopped by for an impromptu dinner. Super fast service. We ordered drinks and they were out at the table before we could finish... placing our food without the server ever leaving! Personally I don’t love risotto but they did a great job I would actuallyre-order. There was so much lobster! Seems like an awesome brunch spot too! Read more
Are you looking for a fancy pacific beach style bar with expensive little Italy prices? Then you found it. The ambience is nice... but doesn’t match the prices. It has the feel of a nice bar and then everything is over priced because of the location in LaJolla. I don’t think you should have to pay expensive restaurant prices when you have two giant TVs right in the dining room,like a sports bar. They also have the server take your credit card right in front of you. Like they don’t hand you the checkand take your card and then come back. That is fine for Applebees, but if I am paying 20 dollars for an appetizer, I want alittle more class with the check. Parking is limited to street, but it is usually pretty easy to find a spot.
