Went with my brother. He got the papaya salad and said it was very good. He especially like the Thai Donuts which were... complimentary because of Mothers Day. The hostess was very kind and effusive and provided a good atmosphere for everyone inattendance. The prices were great, especially for La Jolla. Would definitely come back when I am in the area. The texture is there, however , I wouldn?t call this authentic except for the curry dish which I don?t have in the picture. The... fried rice tasted good! The reason for the three stars instead of higher because the pad thai just didn?t cut it as well as thespring rolls. Be sure to get their curry dishes, I think that one is most authentic of all. Service is very friendly. The placeis clean. We missed the turn to the little alley. If you?re having a hard time finding it just plug in Vons Girard Ave sinceit?s in the same complex. I did like the food although level 7 hotness seemed like 10. I can tolerate pretty spicy food and usually level 7/10 is good... enough for me but last time when I ordered drunken noodles, it was extremely hot that I could feel it in though my god pipe.Also to mention, the place had a typical fishy smell which was not very pleasant.
