The Green Chile is a fantastic place to experience New Mexico style food. The chili and sopapilla?s are a must. It?s located... in a small shopping strip and if you aren?t paying attention it?s easy to miss. The staff is great and explained any questionson the menu that came up. The first time I had the stacked enchiladas, smothered with pork green chili and a fried egg. Icould eat that every time, but want to explore other items as well. Others with me had the stuffed sopapilla that lookeddelicious. This time I ordered the southwest style flautas and of course had to take a order of sopapillas to go.
