This particular location the tacobell signs are so small and hidden unless you know it's there you can drive right past it.... Also I was asked what type of hotsauce I wanted and when I got home there wasn't any. I had to make my own. Read more

Terrible service and quality of food. First visit, the employee tried gaslighting me about my drink not being on the order when... I could see it on the receipt. They've forgotten my hot sauce every time. My most recent and final visit, I found this(pictured) in my beefy 5-layer. It was chewy and I'm guessing it's a chicken toe?? Idk, but def never EVER coming back to thislocation. Read more

Never have I been more disappointed in a fast food restaurant, the most useless woman in the drive thru, her name was Traci by... the way, she rushed us. If I spat on the floor and watched it simmer, I feel like I would've made more use of my time doing sothen talking to her through the drive thru. We went inside because we had a large order so we figured we would have a better chance of our order being correct. We got home... and were missing 4 items and 3 items we did get were wrong or cold. The lady that put the order together apologized for packingour chalupa box items in bags with everything else saying everything was there. After sorting the order out at home and foundthe issues I tried to call them but there are no phone numbers listed on receipt or online. Read more

I ordered 5 tacos and a burritos supreme, requested No sour cream on the burrito because I have allergies, It came with sour... cream, so of course I couldn?t eat it. Also all of the food was ice cold. Sad service!!!! Read more
