This particular location the tacobell signs are so small and hidden unless you know it's there you can drive right past it.... Also I was asked what type of hotsauce I wanted and when I got home there wasn't any. I had to make my own. Read more
Terrible service and quality of food. First visit, the employee tried gaslighting me about my drink not being on the order when... I could see it on the receipt. They've forgotten my hot sauce every time. My most recent and final visit, I found this(pictured) in my beefy 5-layer. It was chewy and I'm guessing it's a chicken toe?? Never have I been more disappointed in a fast food restaurant, the most useless woman in the drive thru, her name was Traci by... the way, she rushed us. If I spat on the floor and watched it simmer, I feel like I would've made more use of my time doing sothen talking to her through the drive thru.
