Worst service ever hope Corp sees this comment lady serving on 4/8/22 at 6:20 pm I placed a mobile app order for 3 subs for... curbside pick up arrived at the time indicated and checked in she still didn't even start to make my order as I called andwaited additional 25 min outside in my car. Called the store for any update and she didn't answer decided to go in and she wasjust starting to make them I was astonish and devastated ???? The manager was so rude and disrespectful to the customers and her staff/ young boy who worked there. She degraded the young boy... that was working with it was so sad. To top it off we called her out and she didn't change her gloves after touching her theregister.... First and last time I visit that Subway! Read more

Went in at 11am. 3 customers ahead of me, i finally get to order 6 subs. 2 more customers walk in and Sonia took care of... business and made them subs pretty fast!! It just sucks that she was alone at a time like this... Good Job Sonia Read more
This is a good place to grab a quick healthy lunch. They have the daily special so you don't have to order the same thing... everyday. The only complaint is they were not very friendly to a first-time customer like me, they were cold and distance.Improve your customer service if you want repeat business. Read more
A few days ago, I have seen some promotion on buy 2 foot long for $5 each. It said I have to make the order to see whether the... this store will participate the promotion. I have ordered 3 sandwiches with app using my cell phone. At the end this store didnot participate so I did not click the final submit button. But I thought it was so close to me so I said why not so I came tomy PC and ordered again to ordered the same 3 sandwiches. I submitted and get the response. I even called to make sure I canpick it up 5 minutes early. Young lady was so kind and she told me no problem come over. When I got there, there was twoidentical orders for me. Both of them had my name and ordering time was about 20 minutes a part. I figure something went wrong.There were three workers, I think a couple was husband and wife, and a young lady. The couple must be the owner. When I toldthem, I only ordered one order, he said no you ordered two. I told him that would be very odd that some one will order the sameorder twice for exact same. I ask him to check. He said I did. I look at my phone and I do not see I did submitted the firstone. I told him "No I did not order the first one all the way". He said I have to pay for both. I told him I can not eat all ofthem and I did not order two identical one for 20 minutes a part... After a minute of argument, he told me he will call thepolice. There were 3 customers ordering and a couple dining. I felt so humiliated and upset. I told him "why you calling thepolice" I am just tell you that I did not order two identical orders.
