Not actually open at 4:30. Showed up at 4:35 when going to the airport. Staff just looked at me sitting in the drive thru. Never... replied. Then I drive to the window to try to talk with someone about how long itll take if I wait. They look at me thru theglass and don?t open the window. This location can be a hit or miss for me. More misses than hits if i'm being honest. Drive-thru is ok, but I always regret when... I decide to go in there. There are other starbucks in the area that are just as busy, but way friendlier. Read more
I agree with other recent reviews, very uncordial at this location. Also virtually every Starbucks I go to I order a iced latte... venti sized and I asked them to then put it in a Trenta cup with extra ice. This location refuse to do so. Citing a corporatepolicy not to sell expresso drinks in trenta-sized. I repeated myself I am asking for a vente amount of latte however I wouldappreciate having extra frozen water and the space to store it. Would not oblige. I came in to this location at 10:40am on 10/16/2022 and place my cold brew order. I was never asked for my name and the lady who... took my order was rude. I was waiting for my drink and no one called my name. I was waiting for 15 minutes and the place wasempty. Only 1 customer ahead of me. I can hear the girl that made my drink saying ?his drink been at the bar? but no one told meuntil I over heard her. It was embarrassing. This Starbucks needs to improve their customer service.
