Really disappointed. I've been to this location many times thru the years but today (my birthday of all days), I stopped by and... got a breakfast sandwich #25 and a large diet coke (it's not a diet thing, it's a I like diet coke thing). Well, I tried thediet coke to make sure the taste was right and it wasn't. It tasted more like carbonated water than diet coke. I told the girlrunning the window and asked if I could change it to Dr. Pepper. She shot down my request saying that it'll just taste the same.I didn't want to seem like a Karen so I smiled and said it was my birthday and I wanted it to taste good. She could have caredless... She had no emotion. She again just repeated that it'll just taste the same and it wouldn't matter. She said she couldgive me orange juice and I declined. I just wanted to leave. I wasn't in any way rude to her but you could tell she was notinterested in trying to help me out in any way. She even said she'd tell someone that the machine was not working right and Imentioned that it was a bummer since it's like $3+ dollars and it tastes wrong. I mean, that's great for the people behind methat the machine will get fixed, but what's that do for me? I left. She tried at the last minute to offer a free meal but it wastoo late. I won't be going back to this location. I just don't like being blown off like that. I've never had someone at adrive-thru window refuse to give me a different drink if one tasted wrong.
