Disappointed that the young man working the drive thru window and who took my order gave me totally wrong information that I... showed him the pricings on the BK website, when I asked him the price for a single Hamburger he quoted me 1.79 and when Iquestioned that, I ended up showing him the menu from the app and it was 1.00. He was unaware and then he said to me that hewasn't sure of the pricing. So why is the management allowing this guy to run the register or even take orders. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I have to be honest, I am disabled and don't get a chance as often as others to get my... choice of things being offered, I went to Burger King on Whittier blvd in La Habra very anxious to get the Southwestern Baconburger that has been advertised on TV recently, I ordered the burger and the girl kept saying we don't have that and I keptdescribing the burger to her saying it had been advertised on TV with avacdo sauce, bacon, spicy cheese sauce and nacho typestrips, I told her it was right there on the menu board, Southwestern Bacon burger she was becoming rude but finally took myorder, it wasn't a small order, I had chicken fries, jalapeño cheese poppers, more than one order, 2 Southwestern baconburgers, etc, when I got home one of the burgers had very little of the advertised toppings and the second one had none ofadvertised toppings, I was very disappointed and will never go back to that Burger King again, even when I arrived at thewindow to pay the girl was very,, very unfriendly, no customer service at all. That's the first time that I wasn't able to orderwhat I wanted and was treated so badly. I won't be able to get the burger I wanted because I'm not able to drive to the BurgerKing on Imperial since I'm disabled I can't drive that far I have to stay close to home, I'm very disappointed. That burgerlooks so good when advertised on TV that my mouth waters every time and I'm reminded that I can't have it due to my badexperience at the Burger King closest to me. Read more
