Brisket is ?????? Super juicy and tender! This has got to be the best brisket! So i got the brisket and sausage combo and im so... full!! My husband got the pulled pork and he said it was delicious! It wasn't packed being we got here 30 min after opening!Indoor and outdoor seating. Ask to sit at Katie's tables, she is friendly and checks on you the right amount of times! Our first visit! Glad we stopped in...some darn good bbq y'all. They were already out of pulled pork when we arrived. We'll have... to return to give it a try. The brisket was heaven on a fork as was the chicken. Amazingly fresh sides-we had the creamy slawwhich was out of this world...a salad and fries. Family Friendly atmosphere with Inside & Outside seating. Food to absolutely AMAZING! I haven't had anything that I didn't like... & it's not all BBQ. My husbands favorite is the Hamburgers and seasoned fries, while my youngest 2 children love the ChickenTenders. I personally love the Porky Tacos. Great little Tex-Mex twist on BBQ. The loaded brisket baked potato is enough to feed2 people. You can never go wrong with a Back Porch sandwich, my sons favorite, or the Brisket/Chicken Plate, which is my oldestdaughters favorite. Honestly this was some great food. The fried pickles were a great start. I?m picky with my frickles but these were crunchy and... tasty! We got the boss hog burger and the back porch sandwhich with fries and porch potatoes. Everything was tasty, food cameout hot, waitress was nice and the tea was good! No complaints to be had. We split the brisket topped baked potato. The meat had a great smoky flavor. We got all the fixings as well, just on the side.... They were pretty busy when we were there and our food did take a little longer than expected. It was pretty crowded inside so wewaited outside. Great place to grab some BBQ after riding the Bluff Creek trails or doing any other La Grange activity. Get that Porch Slaw, it... was fantastic. A vinegar base with almonds. Sauce is also a great sweet BBQ sauce. Perfect outdoor seating area to keep yoursocial distancing and a friendly staff. Go give these folks your business if you?re in the area. Read more
