Staff is rude on the phone and in person. I've been trying and trying week after week and I'm just done. It took me 40 minutes... to get there so they threw my food away and tried to guilt me. I'M SORRY YOU ARE LOCATED NEXT TO A RAILROAD- stop making iteveryone else's problem. There couldn't have been a better time for a Jersey Mike's to open right down the street. Read more

I got the inferno sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! Totally worth a trip to try out the sandwiches and homemade soups!

Tomato and artichoke soup was good, and salad was large. Grilled cheese was good also, but I should have picked a different... cheese. The standard was a little plain. Cute little place. Read more

When into town to watch the train and stopped at Red Pepper. I ordered a quiche with a tomato artichoke soup. Both were good;... but, the quiche had a soak'n bottom. The kids had grilled cheese sandwich. For those that like cookies the monster cookie -made from oatmeal, peanut butter, chocolate, and M&M's - was wonderful. If you come to downtown LaGrange for the trains try andcome around 11:00 or so you might find a noon train. Read more

We stopped in hoping to have a tasty lunch and also catch a train rolling down Main Street. CSX didn?t come through but the... folks at the Deli delivered a lunch that tantalized the taste buds! I had the Locomotive(roast beef)panini with stuffed mushroomsoup and the Mrs. had a Reuben. I would have liked a little more kick to my horseradish spread but that?s just me. Everythinglooked delish and I will stop again when passing thru since it?s only a mile off of I-71. Read more

Ate delicious lunch at the Red Pepper Grill and Deli with my daughter. It was a good sign when we walked in and the line of 6... or so people were ordering from memory because they are regulars. We shared the Supreme Grilled Cheese and Belle Pepper ofLouisville. Although not artichoke fans, we each had a cup of the famous Tomato Artichoke Soup. Nom nom to that soup! The baconon the Grilled cheese was meaty and crispy. Both sandwiches were cooked to perfection. Although the Belle Pepper was a littlelight on the bell pepper, I still give this restaurant 5 stars. We ate lunch here today. We have never had a bad meal here in all the years we've been coming. Today was no exception. I ordered... the Inferno sandwich with The Soup of the Day, Tomato Artichoke. My wife ordered the Chicken Salad with Bow Tie Pasta Salad.Everything here is made to order with all fresh ingredients and the soups are homemade. All the sandwiches come with a bag ofchips and a pickle. Everything was delicious. Great place to eat lunch. Ask for the frequent eater card. Buy 8 sandwiches andget the 9th one free. Read more
