You would think, being in LaGrange, that this location was at least somewhat good...but, it is a huge disappointment every time... I've gone. They always mess up, they are slow but impatient, they are often out of items (or complety refuse to make morechicken past 8-ish pm, apparently due to GM's orders), and the drive-thru is a joke (even if you have no one behind you theytell you to pull to the back door, it is gross, trashy, and gives a sketchy vibe). This location could be a serious asset tothe company because of its location, other restaurants are crazy busy, but the culture at the store drags it down. Please,please get good people in there...and maybe offer a buffet once a week? Read more

Stopped here with a large coach tour group. Dinning area was not open due to staffing shortage. Walked through the drive thru to... place order. Order was taken after some difficulty. Ordered the Spicy chicken sandwich meal. Walked up to the drive thru windowto pick up order. Meal was hot and fresh. Not as spicy as I thought it should have been. Fries were good, hot and crisp. First, I want to say they had a sign that said they were short staffed (which is usually a sign of poor management), so I tried... to take it easy on them. DRIVE THRU I waited at least 10 minutes, listening to a speaker box that was making an awful clickingnoise, before I was greeted by an employee. Once given the okay by the employee, placing my order was quick and easy. I pulledup to the window, paid, was given drinks, and asked to pull next to the cardboard dumpster and wait for my order, the wings onmy order required extra cooking time. After 13 minutes of waiting I called the store just to be sure they remembered we wereout here. They said they just pulled the wings up and would be out in a minute. They brought out the bags and quickly walkedaway. All of our items were there but no utensils were included and we purchased 9 sides. It took calling for 7 minutes,multiple times before anyone would answer (the dining room was closed). They finally answered, brought them out, apologized andgave us cookies. Once we finally started eating we realized the two ordered of chicken tenders we ordered were over cooked andsaturated in oil. Do not go to this KFC. Check your order before driving away. I paid 11$ for 2 little chicken wings and a order of green beans. I... think it was a kids meal. I ordered a 3 piece. When I realized the mistake I had to walk up to drive through to correct theproblem because the lobby was closed. 20 minutes in drive through another 15 standing at the window to get my order right.
