Our waitress was rude, she spilled water on my son and took the napkins she had brought out of my hand as I was trying to dry... him to clean up the water on the floor. She didn't refill drinks, she didn't bring the correct food, other tables around us hadarrived after us and left before us. She was very nice to the 3 other tables around us of single elderly men her age. When wewent to check out, the cashier never asked us how our experience was. My Favorite breakfast restaurant ???? Always clean, busy and worth the wait in line, if there is a line. Can't just eat. Awesome... store - if you look around, you will Shop ??. I always do. Purchased a Sherpa purse with a throw on the inside and a pair ofearrings. Best place to shop and dine. My meal consisted of - Pecan pancakes ????, sausage and scrambled eggs. Delicious!!! I went to this CB this morning and was seated at 8:45. They were not very busy. At 8:58 no one had yet come to my table, and a... couple was seated a couple of tables away. Within 2 minutes, a server went straight to that table. So after 15 minutes of beingignored, I got up and walked out. This restaurant will not get my business again. EVER. Read more

10/7/22, 9am. Poor service. To start the table was set and ready but sticky from improper cleaning. Could actually see syrup on... it. Waited for 15 min & wasn?t even greeted. A waitress that wasn?t mine actually apologized for the wait. I finally just Gaveup and left. I think this is a poor management issue. Seemed to be plenty of wait staff standing around. Read more

Came in at 7:30, waited 5 minutes for a table, normal wait. Waiter took our drink and food order; 2 sweet teas and 2 chicken... salads. It took 15 minutes to get our drinks and after 35 minutes we didn?t get our food. I finally told the waiter we wanted tobag it up to go!! We eat at CB at least 2x a month and buy in the store. Waited for quite a while to receive our food. It came out and everything but the gravy was cold. The French toast was burnt. ... We informed our waitress.. Nothing was done.. Make sure and bring a coat. It apparently don't matter if 3/4 of your patronsare freezing. Pretty bad experience. Read more

When I say this is one of the absolute worst dining in experiences I?ve ever had, I mean that whole heartedly. To start, it took... us over 25 minutes to get our drinks. When we finally got our drinks, all of our glasses looked like this (pictured below- andno, this is NOT frost, and the glasses were coated in it, it felt grimy). I still cannot believe I even drank out of it, if Iget sick I will know where it?s from. I looked around, and this was what everyone?s looked like. They were also out ofsilverware when we asked for them to eat our biscuits and there were no small plates to eat our biscuits on so we used ournapkins. My father was annoyed at this point and asked to speak to the manager. The manager goes on to discuss an issue with thedishwasher. If you cannot keep up with dishes and/or clean them properly, the establishment needs to be shut down. Now we?re atan hour being there and to make matters worse, all of our food was either cold or absolutely disgusting. No one ate more than 2bites. The icing on the cake was my father never even received his food after multiple promises of ?it?ll be right out.? Iunderstand the short staff issue going on right now and I try my best to be patient, but this was absolutely unacceptable. Thecleanliness was what did it for me. I will not be going back, and I hope someone sees this and fixes the issues and honestly ifI can?t spare someone from a wasted meal and a wasted $40 I will. Please do better. Read more
