Applebee's food is always good. Last Tuesday (Oct 18, 2022) I had lunch at the one in La Grange, KY. The food was excellent.... Our waitress (Kendra) was outstanding. She made it a very enjoyable experience. Kendra is one of the best waitresses I'veencountered. She knew the menu well & suggested I try a drink that was delicious. When I go back, I'll definitely ask to beseated in her section. She deserves a 5 star rating. ????? Read more
It was awesome food. The service is usually good but this night the waiter was never around we had to get help for the door... greeter and that is who we should have left out tip with. Read more

Sat.8.20.22. 8 of us came to dinner after a funeral visitation. We were sad, and happy to see each other. We called ahead, so... they knew we were coming On arrival the table was ready for us. We had server Corey, but I thought his name tag said Greg, soall night his name was Corey Greg . We had great service and great food. Corey had other servers helping him and they were verynice and helpful. We told them ahead of time that we might be loud. We were all to ourselves, except for one table that had anolder couple, but we told them we would be loud, they talked to us and asked if we were having a reunion: we explained to themwhat was going on. DON'T EAT HERE. NOT UP TO APPLEBEE'S STANDARDS Chicken Tenders came out rubbery. There was six of them but two the size of my... pinky. I am the least picky person I know. I told waitress they were bad. She said she will have them redone. She came backwith three small pieces. I asked why i got three tiny pieces to replace my platter. The manager came out and seemed to haveattitude about it. He asked did I want more than he would but Need Five more minutes to cook cook. By then I had it and mywife was already done. My meal was a steak with potatoes and green beans. The steak was good, the bean decent, but too much potatoes. My husband got... the new Mac n Cheese with the honey pepper chicken and that was awful. It was soupy from the honey pepper sauce and therewasn't nothing that made the pasta like Mac n cheese. Very strange. But then when we mentioned it to our server, she respondedby saying "oh. Would you like another plate so you can separate the pasta from the sauce?" Uh... what? We said no thank you. Then another person- a manager may e? Came out and said that the plate was made wrong and would we like it replaced. The mealwas over half over so we decline and she comped the bill. This place has good service but food is crappppppppp I ordered wings and every time I get them they are cold.????????
