I used to love coming here, they serve delicious food and I am always super happy about it plus the customer service is usually... really nice. Tonight on the other hand was a horrible experience. I called in an order and was told to wait 45 minutes to comepick it up and when I got there it was ready to go! I got home and the burger I had ordered was soggy and inedible. It has beensitting there for a while clearly!! My fiance called and asked them to remake, the lady laughed and passed the phone to twoother people. My fiance was upset at this point and decided to just go get our money back. When he arrived there and explainedthe situation he was gaslit and told nobody laughed at him and they didn't want to give him our money back. Other people in therestaurant began to threaten him. They finally gave us our money back but will never get our business again. This kind oftreatment is unheard of and beyond not cool. Do not support this business. Read more
The service was great, that's the only reason I gave it ???(3)!! The food however, just being honest, was eh. After reading... reviews I couldn't wait to try the Turkey Noodle Soup . . . Soo so disappointing. It taste like flour and starch, and literallyhad ONE noodle and ONE sliver of turkey in it. We also started off with the sampler, the mozzarella stix had no cheese lol,, andthe mushrooms were still cold.. On the other hand, my bf ordered the Hot Ruben sandwich, and it was delicious ???? I had thePhilly sandwich, it was ok. All in all, the service and atmosphere were great, but I don't recommend going there for the food. Read more
