Meal was awesome. There was one minor error and I'm not one to make a big deal about silly things like this. But server Sarah... and Manager surprised me by making me another meal and wouldn't take no for an answer. Great work ethic, very caring, smiled allthe way through. They said never hesitate in something isn't right we are here to please. I just feel this can happen no blaminganyone. We all try hard. So they deserve a congrats on a great job. They sure were busy and employees were working hard and Idon't know how they find time to celebrate the bdays on busy nights but they sure do and enjoy it. My friend had a great time. Read more
The food was no more than Luke warm. We also found out when we got home ( 15 minutes away ) they forgot out mashed potatoes, and... all out dipping sauces. I used to like this place and then it went bad in the past few years Read more
Food was just ok. Got the prime rib and it ranged from way too salty to no flavoring at all. Texture like ham which was a little... strange. My wife and I have eaten here quite a few times over the years and the food has always been fantastic. The prices are reasonable... for a steakhouse and we've generally always had friendly wait staff. The only reason I'm marking them down a star is that on thelast few occasions we've visited, the level of cleanliness has been lacking. The last trip in particular, we had dirtysilverware (2/4 forks), something greasy on one of the glasses, and menus that were sticky to the touch. Read more
This is our third time in the past few months. We’ve typically sat at the bar and have enjoyed our experience. The bar tenders... give incredible service and love to joke around. Even when they are super busy on a Friday or Saturday evening. The managerstops by as well. We decided to try a Sunday evening. Got seated immediately and waitress ordered our drinks immediately. Idecided to order the pulled pork. The first attempt, it was super dry and our waitress showed it to the cooks. She came out witha different plate and it was delicious! Hot, moist and tender. My first time. The staff were very polite. The buns fabulous! We got the grilled shrimp app which was delicious with the butter... dipping stuff. I ordered a margarita very good. Beef tips and mashed potatoes the meat was tasty and the potatoes were good.The atmosphere was fun. Read more
Stopped in with no reservation. Was greeted at the door almost right away. Was seated at our table within a few minutes. Drink... order was taken by our hostess and put in at the bar. Our waitress came by introduced her self took our appetizer order andreturned with our drinks. She also took our dinner order and returned with our appetizers within a reasonable amount iftime. Our salads came out next, with some time to enjoy our appetizers. Our main dinner came out to our table with enough timeto also enjoy our salads and finish our first drinks. She took a second drink order and returned with them,and also made sureour main meal was cooked and what we ordered. Section Manager also came by and checked on us. We ordered the Ribeye and shrimpcombo and the 20 oz bone in Ribeye both with mushrooms and onions. Was cooked exactly as we ordered. Definitely stop back. Read more
I was part of a family gathering here, and they did a great job accommodating our large group. My filet was most excellent, and... everyone at our table loved the cactus bloom (onion ring variant). Service was excellent--friendly and attentive. They checkedin with us regularly. We never had to waive anyone down. I have no hesitation about recommending this location. Read more
