Please get more employees. I waited over an hour for a scheduled order 2 hours prior and there was only 2 employees on a Friday... night. If you are going to charge $4-5 more for pizza you can hire more people. This is ridiculous. Read more

This post is a little late, however your manager needs a huge kudos. I don't remember his name however he was left alone to... close your store a few weeks ago. He was absolutley frustrated and completely overwhelmed by how far behind he was with orders.However he handled it with the best attitude any business could ask from their employee. I will be back even if I have to waitan extensive amount of time for my pizza due to his performance. These are the people you want behind your business. Read more

Very nice place, friendly and chatty (in a good way!) Staff who are more than willing to help with your order and even better,... check for and inform you about any allergy issues you may have. The last 2 pizzas i ordered they made wrong. So on the scond one I let them know that the pizza the made had the wrong toppings... on it. So they gave me a free pizza the next time I ordered. But they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE!!! HOW CONVENIENT!! I called 4different times and no answer..If you dont oreder ahead it takes 2 hours for a pizza. Disappointed Read more

There are several ways to order your take and bake pizza from Papa Murphy's, call, order online, or do like I did & just walk... in! There is a lot to admire in this case, as there were many call in and online orders being filled. There was also a computererror, when I placed my order, but the actions and reactions of this crew will have me coming back for these wonderful pizzasagain very soon! Papa murphy's employees are amazing. I locked my keys in my car while picking up a pizza and the guys working there were so cool... about it. Let me use the phone and stay inside the store when it was cold out. These 2 were very helpful and talkative but whatI really found awesome is their attitudes towards the customers they both were delivering pizzas to people vehicles due to Covidprecautions. If you're willing to bring a pizza home without the headaches of a wrong order, by all means get a take and bake. You'll feel... better not eating at a sit-down big box chain. The pizza tastes lighter. Great menu options as well. Read more
