So I went through the drive-through this afternoon. I ordered a black and white a medium. Now when I went through to pick up my... order. I got my drink it was not the correct drink that I ordered. The cop was only half full wasn?t even full. I didn?t driveaway I did take a drink it was cold and it was not the correct drink. Now I called the store and I let the manager know. Shetold me she was the acting manager. She did not apologize she was rude. I then proceeded to ask for my money back she told meshe could not do that. She then hung up on me. I decided this was unacceptable. So then I drove through the drive-through againto return it. Low and behold she did not come to the window to apologize. She sent another employee to talk to me. When I was atthe window she never asked me if I wanted my money back she never gave me no coupons she didn?t apologize again. I asked for thecorporate phone number she walked away. Moka does a great job! They're my coffee and pastry easy button for meetings! It's simple, I call in an order, tell them when... I'd like to drop in to pay and pick up and they always have it ready to go! I order pastries and some coffee brew boxes based onattendance and it's very convenient! I like to add a fruit tray from the grocery store to round out the refreshments. Read more
8:30 AM and already sold out of bagels. I paid a bit over $10 for a medium chai and a plain English muffin. I wanted the English... muffin toasted but it was just warm. The chai was watery. Not your typical yummy chai latte, but a watered down version of it.Overall, extremely underwhelmed. Read more
