This restaurant is newly renovated and under new management? and it?s the coolest new kid on the block La Crosse has to... offer!\n\nAnd it?s wheelchair accessible!\n\nTerrific owners, management, and staff all mixed together to provide the perfectrecipe for dining out. The simple, dynamic menu contains delicious sea bass, various burgers, and pork chops, which is just thetip of enticing your hunger? the Sunday brunch is a next level experience of bacon, sausage, eggs Benedict (or however youdesire), and it?ll leave you satisfied for the remainder of your day.\n\nEvery experience feels right out of an episode of?Cheers?. Stranger or veteran, each customer is welcomed with warm hospitality and accommodations. The ambiance is comfy and notloud at all, especially considering the wrap?around bar at the center of it all. We took out of state guests Friday evening. There was a wait to get seated which is a sign of a happening place. Our guests... ordered the cod and I had hang steak, potato and asparagus. We all loved our well seasoned dishes and the reduction sauce on thesteak was amazing the mashed potatoes heavenly. The brains and talent behind F&F get an A+. Well trained and friendlystaff.\nBTW, drollig the troll has reviewed 3 eateries and hated all of them. Hint for him...open your own restaurant. Read more

I don?t generally hand out 5-star reviews, but this place has earned it. The food is excellent with a nice variety to please any... palate. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. If you haven?t visited since this place opened, I?d suggest checking itout. The owners did a great job on the remodel and the atmosphere is much more inviting than before. Stop in for dinner anddrinks. You won?t regret it. Read more
First off, who ever made the mushroom soup, inedible. Sorry, tasted like old socks smell. The fries were so so, hint they would... be better if the cook would put down the pepper shaker. Which was also used on the food the wife ordered. (hint, bad cooks usepepper to mask lousy tasting food) We had the perch po-boy. Not bad at all. Again, the pepper cook can stay away from that dishalso. We ordered a rum and coke, came with watered out coke, could not taste the rum. The fountain coke I ordered again tastedlike the hoses need to be sanitized. Then they charged $3.00 for a glass of watered out coke, the same price for the rum andcoke..\"Happy hour\" No water was brought to the table by the server. All in all, very disappointed with the first visit. Whichalso became our last visit. Sorry. Had big expectations...only one customer in the place the entire time we were there. Hintagain, salt and pepper on the table will allow the customers to season their own food. Last hint, keep serving inedible food, and no amount of beer will remove the taste of it. You\'ll be forked and that\'s no fable Read more

This is a fine example of honoring a traditional neighborhood bar and evolving it into something for everyone. You can still... belly up to the bar with your favorite old fashion,or come in as a destination spot for a meal with that someone special, on aspecial day. The menu is in on par with many farm to table restaurants in the area, with very creative and ingenious uses of inseason crops/foods. This definitely checks all my boxes.\n\n?? Atmosphere\n??
