Absolutely terrible came here for lunch and first the wrong food came out waited 5 minutes for waiter to come back, and then the... new food was cold. Famous Dave's is a great place to fill your BBQ needs! My mother and I always split the feast for one because you get so much... food and it is always so good! You can't go wrong with the different BBQ sauces that you get and the brisket is superb! Overall a great place for a BBQ feast! Read more
Famous Dave's treated us just great. Great staffing and management. There system went down. All of us waited for a bit... management kept us up to date on everything. My fiance got the ribs and a loaded potato.. I got a few chicken strips and fries.. we spent 35 or so dollars and then the tip.... I realized I don't like their Barbecue at all which kind of ruins most of it for me BUT I did really like their fries and loadedpotato. I didn't mind the ribs or the cornbread. Our server was a very friendly guy. I dont think I'd go back but that's mostlyjust because I don't enjoy their main ingredient. Read more
Ordered on door dash. Food was decent, I'll share some good and some bad here. Neither the brisket nor the pork had any smoke... flavor, but was seasoned and cooked well. Jalapeno sausage was very nice. Also had slaw and beans both were good, but I like mybaked beans more on the sweet side and these were quite tangy. Cornbread muffin was phenomenal! Lastly, the peach cobbler wasterrible. Peaches were crunchy, crust was doughy, and it was ice cold. Almost seemed like they'd put the ingredients togetherand forgot to cook it. Read more
OK ....Good five star food a bit on the high side, but I ain't a BBQ afficianado. I knock off one star, actually 1/2 star for... the heavy oppressive tunes I was fed via Musak, I'd think no tunes might have been better dining choices. ALSO, Dave cheaps outon paper roll towels, but a lot of paper is on the table to match the sticky icky BBQ. Service tray (?) lends to the idea thatthey paper these composite trays because they cheap out Not Washing them, Good Lord forbid! Read more
Stopped off of 90 for lunch and smelled the smoke! Needed immediate brisket satisfaction or else. The navigator parked the RV... as I went in to order. Take out no call ahead and it took about 12 minutes. Not bad. The burnt ends appetizer was good, theonions they gave with it weren’t so crispy or my choice anyways so not harm there. The Sassy BBQ salad raised the moral of thenavigator while the might mini passengers smashed the ribs and corn dogs. I had the brisket sandwich and thought it was good.Nothing crazy or overwhelming but good. The pickles were the most unique flavor I’ve had. They had an after taste of coleslawand I liked it, but wasn’t ready for it. No disappointments here and you can expect what you would from any Famous Dave’s.That smoke!!!! Read more
We have ordered a smoked turkey from Famous Daves for the last 3 years. Not because we can't make one but because it's been less... hassle and SO GOOD! This year not so much. The service at the restaurant was great. But the turkey was stringy and hard tochew. Maybe it was just the bird we got, which is the luck of the draw. But they charged $40 more this year than in the pastand said it would feed 12-15 people. We only had a few people present, but it would not have fed 8. Disappointed to say theleast. Our sides that we made were spectacular though!! Hopefully they make this right. Read more
