I love the rewards system with Dunkin and I think that the food and drinks are great. However, I believe that it could be... better if the employees didn't screw up drinks as much as they do. It is very annoying when u ask for something specificallyand do not get it causing your drink to taste horrible. However, every time this has happened the customer service is great andthey redo the drink or give you a coupon of some kind! Read more
Was there during the afternoon on Saturday 9/10. I?m sorry but you all need training on customer service. I was embarrassed... for you. I came inside to order some items. Hard to get someone to help me. There was 15 people working inside. Sodisorganized. I ordered and went to end of the line. Waited 5 minutes for food, my drinks never came. Stood there a fewmore minutes as everyone working walked by me. Not a one said anything. Finally nice kid with headset on asked me what I waswaiting on. He personally made my two drinks for me. Then I remembered I needed a juice and a water from cooler. Grabbed thoseand had to say something to get rang up. While I waited I noticed 3 younger employees lean up on counter scrolling throughtheir phones. Like I said I was like 2nd hand embarrassed for you guys for the total lack of customer service. Went with my daughter today after her gymnastics. We got there at 7:35PM. The hours listed on the door say they are open until... 8PM. The doors were locked, but we could see workers inside, so went through the drive thru. Whomever answered the intercomobviously didn't want to be taking our order. I repeated the order and my daughter was still given the wrong donut. The drinkswere fine. It was a pretty disappointing experience overall because they definitely made us feel like we were inconveniencingthem. Read more

So this is the second time in 2 weeks that my order was less than enjoyable!!! Today my husband picked up to go order - the... person getting our order didn?t know how to access the brewed coffee, asked for double chocolate cake donuts and got whitedonuts with chocolate frosting and my med coke brew with Moka and cream came with whipped cream ( may have not been the Dunkin?persons fault, but tasted very bitter) very unfortunate that we did not find out these things til he got home 8 miles away!!!So disappointed for the second time.
