HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The manager was so Rude to me. I ordered from postmates as I always do. I understand some selections... may not be on there which is out of the stores control. However, you can add in special instructions like i always do. Never hada problem but I called to make sure my order was made correctly and they had already made it incorrectly and instead of simplyfixing it he was so rude and told me to just cancel my order. If I could give a zero I would. If I owned the store I would firesomeone who treats customers so poorly. I really like subway but I won't be going back to this store. Read more

Very good service!! The employees are very polite, I went there 2 days ago the food quality was very good and the customer... service is amazing they try to help as much as they can , I noticed that the employees are very kind and patient towards rudecustomers. This place deserves no star. I just had the worst experience at this location. I received a coupon in my email for buy one foot... long sandwich get second free. You could either do online order or store purchase. I went there and ordered the two sandwichesnut the cashier said the coupon doesn't work. She said It's a problem the scanner doesn't work. I told her in that case, youneed to enter it manually but she refused. Since I didn't want to hold the line I stop arguing and she said she can give me 10%off which later I looked at my receipt and I realized she didn't give me the discount. The coupon clearly stated the discountand the date and it was not expired. I should've just threw the sandwiches on her face and walked out but I didn't. She is veryunprofessional. I visit this Subway often on my luch break at work. The service is always friendly and the workers definitely take pride in... their job. The food is always fresh and have never had a poor experience. The lemonade and iced tea are also always filled andfresh as well. I appreciate the healthier options offered as opposed to the sodas.
