Took the kids to the movies and needed a beer and what pairs better than a burger. The menu was different BUT very delicious.

Their food is good. The customer service not so great. In several occasions they took their time in serving me. It wasn't the... same person each time. One time I was there to order an outgoing order and I waited 20 mins and they said they'll be right withme. Needless to say I left. But the hamburgers are good as well as their salad wraps. Amazing staff! Jackie is wonderful. As was the gentlemen who sat us and checked in on us. Very friendly, smart, and caring... staff. This is a simple burger joint with an expansive menu with more than just burgers. We got the Duke?s burger and Sunsetbeach; both were great! The recipes are simple and straight forward, and tasty! Outdoor patio that has space heaters and is dogfriendly. Indoor dining available as well. All staff masked! Highly recommend the sweet potato fries! Plenty of parking in thesurrounding lot. Enjoy!! Edit: unfortunately, we have to drop our rating from five stars to three based on the service, andrepeated mistakes. The staff has been a bit curt, and generally not too friendly. Additionally, we have had issues where theyrepeatedly leave our ranch out from our order; or insist it is not included with the dish when the menu states explicitlyotherwise. Other times, we have placed to go orders, went to pick up, confirmed the ranch of sauce was placed in our order, onlyto find it was not; forcing us to go back to get the sauce for our meal. Shame. The burgers were never mind blowing, but it wasclose, and generally convenient. With the repeated (4-6x consecutively) mistakes of leaving items out, and the overall servicedeclining; we will prob find another go to low key burger spot. Read more

Have been here twice. Had the Volcano bacon wrapped hot dog with their coleslaw and the Ortega Burger with a side of their... chili. All very, very good. Call it Hawaiian influenced rather than Hawaiian food. Still worth the trip! Their Angus beef isexcellent as is their Chili. Read more

Found this place by accident and I am glad I ordered some food here because the place and the food turned out to be amazing. Not... only the staff is laid back and cool but the food is on point. It is in a quiet neighborhood I believe as I found the area veryrelaxing. Staff is good and the service is fast, you take a seat and someone offers you menus, ask you for drinks and bringthose in no time. As you order food and are sipping on the drinks, the food arrives. It is fresh, less oily and served hot. Weordered their onion rings and liked the homemade ranch served with it. The fries seemed to be cooked in house and did tastegood. We ordered a Southwest bowl with veggie patty and it a filling experience. We also ordered Papukea burger and loved howevery ingredient added to the taste. The good part doesn't end here, you can actually customize your entire order. If you wanthealthy options like a whole wheat or all protein bun, it is available, just read the menu well or ask the waiter/waitress, ifyou have read this review ????. One more update- get the Tiki Tots while they have them (see pic). Perfect balance if shredded cheese, bacon and scallions on... top of tater tots. Wow!!! Nice variety, great service . This is a delightful, clean, happy restaurant. Shelly are waitress was pleasant, attentive and kind. She did not miss a beat.... The food was absolutely perfect.
