My Mom and her friend went here for dinner the other night. They love the guacamole and the margaritas. They were seated inside... in a room, that was loud and crowded. When they asked to be moved to another table outside, their waitress told them they wouldhave to go back in line in order to move them. Additionally, their water was not refilled and she rarely checked on them. Where do they do that at? These elders were not being rude, yet they were treated poorly. It is unfortunate as we love eatinghere, yet if this is the new normal of customer service, we will reconsider coming back. Read more
Very large portions—enough to split in half and bring it home. You can’t go wrong with Margarita Monday and Taco Tuesday.
Los Gringos Locos is our go-to restaurant for great Mexican food, service and a fun dining experience whether your on the patio,... in the dining room or kicking it in the bar. The tableside guacamole is great and made to order. Their margaritas are thebest, tasty and potent, with a variety of flavors you don't get at other restaurants. The service is always top notch. This was my first visit to this restaurant. Th place is clean and nicely decorated. The employees are friendly and... attentive. The salsa was delicious though the chips were mediocre and tasted packaged. The chili relleno was good but the beefin the enchilada was soggy and clearly not prepared in a red sauce. The rice was dry but the beans were good & if you decide toorder the tamales, they are not prepared by the restaurant. I am certain I will not return here. Read more
This place was recommended by a friend, so now I'll recommend it to even more people. The food here is absolutely authentic.... They have this guacamole cart with all fresh ingredients and a small mortar/pestle type bowl to mix guacamole to your exactliking. They won't leave until you're satisfied with the flavor, but as far as I'm concerned they get it right every time. Themenu consists of just about everything you can think of at your standard Mexican food restaurant. Stop by here if you ever havethe chance and you won't regret it! As a side note, the party I was with had ordered a "secret menu" item. You ask for a bigburrito, and well... You get a big burrito. Just take a look at the picture and see for yourself.
