Inconsistent quality and slow service. Coworker and I ordered two of the same item and each paid separately at the kiosk... (virtually at the same time). Each received the ordered item 5 min apart and they looked different in many aspects such asamount of soup broth, firmness of the noodle, etc. The serving was so slow and took more than 20 min to receive the item, and wealmost missed our work meeting after lunch... They take the tip in advance at the time of the order at the kiosk, so I didn'thave my opportunity to provide feedback for service via tipping... Read more

The ramen here is okay. It wasn't bad, but the flavor and richness was not to my preference. I tend to like ramen with much more... of a bold flavor and I felt like this place was lacking in that. There are a few indoor seats and more outdoor seating. Read more

The broth is so tasty! Lots of umami flavors you can?t go wrong with any of the ramens. I got Tori the OG and tonkotsu Kick.... Both are excellent. The place is clean and run well. Will definitely come back here again. Read more

[ O.G. Ramen] The noodles have a great texture; toothsome and broth has the same nostalgia hit as chicken Noodles soup. Even my... friend a,notoriously picky eater, throughly enjoyed his meal saying " that's pretty good man, and the 'kick' [ spicy Ramen] does have a kick to it and I'm Mexican"! Read more

We were pleasantly surprised with this place, after randomly selecting it while returning home from travel. Being a... Polynesian/Asian family we definitely eat our share of ramen, and I have to say that the broth was excellent and the char siuwas very tender and flavorful. My only gripe was the new techy trend of ordering via app or tablet. I just enjoy looking througha physical menu, especially if you are browsing through it as a couple. Otherwise, definitely worth the stop ???? Read more

Used to be good. Huge drop in food and service quality in the last year. Broth, meat, noodles, vegetables, preparation, etc.... everything falls completely short of the expectations they set when first opened. They charge more for worse food put togetherwith no apparent care. In my last few visits/orders, I?ve been served cold karage, takoyaki with little or no sauce, dry chashu, etc. The cold karage is particularly concerning because if the chicken was fried at the restaurant, it would?ve had to have beensitting out for at least a few hours to get cold. What seems more likely is that whoever was preparing the food couldn?tproperly operate a microwave. On one visit, I had to ask the same waiter 3 or 4 times to receive the drinks I ordered (when Ibelonged to one of only 3 parties that were dining at the time). I was happy to have a decent ramen spot in town, but Kotsu asit is now is simply insulting to a food I love. Your money would be better spent at the Panda Express next door. Read more

On the plus side, the broth on both the Kotsu Special and on the vegan version was superb. And good broth is the soul of good... ramen. Unfortunately after bringing home an order for takeout we discovered that they had forgotten to include the corn toppingordered. The brussel sprouts as a component of the vegan version did nothing for me. We were unimpressed with vegetarian gyoza, but that is a matter of taste. Despite these quibbles, I will be happy to order from Kotsu Ramen again when ramen is desired.Worth a try. Read more

I really enjoyed my lunch here. I had the bowl of their regular tonkatsu. I added corn to it. And I had a lemonade. The server... was very helpful and pleasant. All the ordering is done on a touch screen and you pay there as well, so there's very littlecontact. I felt perfectly safe. The soup was really delicious, creamy and deeply flavorful. The noodles had a nice chewiness andthe vegetables (it comes with shredded mushrooms, chopped scallions, and half an egg) added more flavor and contrasting texture. All told it was a really lovely lunch. I'll be back. Read more
