Clean and tidy, dated, facility embraces the beauty and magnificence of the fjord. Bathroom was cramped to use a wheelchair.... Appreciated the medical devices in the bathroom. Upon arrival the reception gentleman was concerned about whether we wanted tohave breakfast included in our stay No engagement about where we had come from nor idle chitchat. Biggest disappointment is thatthe front desk did not even recognize or make an effort to say goodbye when we left. Especially considering I was strugglinggetting out the front door. Read more

Nice place to stay, quiet and easy to access, close to La Baie, can be expensive depends on the season. Breathtaking view from... the balcony for fjord side rooms, wish I had more time to sit on the balcony to enjoy the view while sipping coffee. Only has afew parking spots next to the building, so chances are that you will have to park in the gravel lot. The arrangement of doors,stairs and (antique) elevator can mean carrying luggage up to second floor is a pain. Read more

I love everything about this hotel! The rooms are cute and so clean! The bathrooms are beautiful and modern. The staff were so... kind to us and helped us even when we could not speak French. The dinner and breakfast at the restaurant are absolutelydelicious. I hope one day I can visit again. I highly recommend this hotel. Also, it is a great location near the Fjordsprovincial park. Excellent location. Not much to do at the hotel but good place. Nice front desk staffs. Always ask for Lake View rooms.

I needed a room with two beds. This was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It was during the pandemic and I felt very safe. The... wild blueberry pancakes were fantastic! Read more
