If it's not a long wait for my food, it's getting the wrong order. 0 for 2 with me. Coming back for my free replacement and then... I'm good on this location Read more

I?ve lived in texas my whole life, therefore I?ve tried a lot of different Whataburger locations- and I am not exaggerating when... I say that this is by far the slowest whataburger I?ve ever been to. Whataburger is always slow but this one in particular ispretty bad. They do get your order correct, and the staff is nice, but it should not take 30 minutes every time one orders fromhere. Read more

Typical whataburger, same as always. No flaws at all with service or food, so no stars get taken off. Is it weird to say that... everything was TOO perfect? Like everything done exactly by the book, almost clinical/robotic, if that's a thing. Read more

If you go, park and order inside. Great service and accurate orders. If you MUST use the drive thu, use the left lane. We got... stuck right, and 3 cars that pulled in after us got ther food and left before we found out our order was wrong (after correctingthe guy who entered it twice). Left without paying and went elsewhere. Read more

We were told to wait by the front for a sweet tea as they just started a batch. After 10 minutes it was past midnight so we just... went home. The food we received cold, and tasted stale, and we were missing an order of chicken strips, however they did put theempty box in the bag. So I called 3 times and each time I somehow kept getting ?disconnected?. The person answering the phonewas rude as well. Finally on the 4th try a woman answered. She wasn?t very nice either, did not seem to care about the stale andcold meal that was supposed to be our dinner, or the missing drink. she did offer a refund for the missing meal, but only if wecome to the restaurant. We only ordered 2 items and didn?t make the ordered super complicated. I know it was busy, so we didn?tmind waiting 30 minutes in line, but to have rude service and miss and entire meal and then not even to be refunded unless yougo back to the store is absolutely ridiculous. I guess customer service is extinct. Read more

Every Whataburger between S Austin and San Marcos seems to be having a competition to be crowned the worst, and Kyle is... definitely winning! This store has zero quality control standards and don?t care what they give you. Have they served anythinghot (or even lukewarm) or fresh in the past 10 years? If they have, I?ve not been fortunate enough to get it on the fewoccasions I?ve gone. On this occasion, I was in the drive-thru for 22 minutes. Being that busy, you?d think the food would atleast be room temperature - it won?t be. Same old cold dry patty on a bun that felt like it had been sitting under an A/C vent, with cheese that couldn?t even consider melting. Aiming to be as consistent and awful as possible, the fries were nice & coldtoo. If you?re drunk & don?t care what you get, this is the place to go. Otherwise, save your money. The only reason I?m willingto give 1 ?? is because the Coke was at least ok? this time. Read more

When it's done right it's great which for this location is very rare to get it right. Went through tonight and ordered and... asked for fries with no salt. What did we get burnt fries the burger was decent but to not taste dry feels like you have toorder a double. We now treat Whataburger as a last resort and when it's late. Read more

I can't say enough about the Kyle location. Janet, the manager is right on point. Very friendly staff and even though they are... busy they take the time to treat you like a person and not a number. Place was clean and I didn't get her name but the ladyworking the front counter was kind and organized. Thank you all, your crew was on point. Thank you and God Bless You and yourfamilies Read more
