Just went through the drive-thru and bought 4 Monster Tacos. I asked for extra hot sauce. Our tacos were good and they even... threw in the extra hot sauce I wanted. It was about 4:00 pm when I went through. Very little wait and the employees werevery friendly and kind. Btw, I am SO glad the super (or monster) tacos are back! Someone contact Guinness because we might have the new world record for most disorganized, slowest fast food establishment.... Staff was so busy complaining about customers who were at their own admission right to be mad at the incorrect orders that theycould not come together to complete orders as they came in. Read more
Please never go here. I had a very bad experience. Waited close to 1hr in drive thru. Only 2 staffs were working. Food wasn't... fresh and didn't get what we ordered. I would definitely not recommend this place. Read more
One of the laziest, non-caring employees I've dealt with & thats saying something!! Could barely speak to take order, like it... required too much effort for him. Then as he handed drinks out the window to me he only slightly extended his arm, making mereach for the drink. Order was taken wrong as well, as asked for the UCB to be dry. They ALWAYS glob tons of ketchup & mustard,no matter what location, its gross. Edit: complaint wasnt about speed. Read please. Tacos were better than most of the times I've eaten at Jack in the box. My chocolate shake was good but could have been a... little more chocolatie! Good for a quick snack. Wait staff fast and friendly. Read more
I went through the drive thru tonight around 11pm and ordered a jacks munchie meal ?spicy nacho chicken? I get home check the... bag and this is what they served me!! You can?t just make up something and piece it together and serve it to people! If theywould?ve said they had no chicken or something then I would?ve changed my order but nothing was said. This is not the Murray. P show, but I can say you cannot say that you are not the producer of this hard Rock Onion rings that I... can nail a nail into a wall with. The cashier at the window was very nice but whoever was fixing the food in the back and thechecker before it arrives to the customer needed to say I'm sorry we're making some Onion rings more could you hold on threeminutes or five minutes. I don't mind waiting. And then I had a burnt ring on the bun.Wow ..... Is it too much to ask for you. Iknow you're tired ,but I'm tired too of spending my money at places where they burn the food and just give it to you. Also wouldyou feed this to your own people? The worst jack in the box ever. Amateur cooks can?t even make a toco right. NEver going back their screw ups are consistent.
