Ordered online. Went to pick up . They never brought the food out. Went inside to get the food. They forgot our drink. Went back... to get the drinks. Orange juice tasted like nothing but orange water . Ate some of the eggs, they were under cooked. Verydisappointed in this ihop. Read more
Went in to eat and was told by the server that they would only be serving 6 customers when we were a group of 9. I can... understand that there were only two but the situation should have been handled with more professionalism. The server did notneed to give us an attitude, and the cook could sent out the food in at their own pace instead of refusing to cook for more than6 people. When we ask why the cook could not cook for the 9 of us the server told us (again) that the cook would not serve morethan 6 people. When we ask for a manager there was no one, they gave us the GM's card. Read more
Maria my server was lovely. Food was very tasty. Ordered my regular Colorado. And out lightning fast! Restaurant was clean.... Staff seems to enjoy their job here! IHOP can be hit or miss but kindness and compassion always make even an ordinary experienceworth it! Read more
I've been to this one before and it was awful, and I've been here when they waited so long to even acknowledge me that I left. ... But this time, it was very good. I was seated immediately, the server acknowledged me within a few moments. The food wasvery good, the staff seems much better trained than they used to be, and my server was excellent.
