We were visiting the area and was referred to this place by another guest at our BnB. We arrived and were a bit confused about... seating but the after passing the bar area there was a hostess who seated us in a booth. The dining room was beautiful. A veryspacious large seating area and what looked like a large area upstairs. The ambience was very nice. The staff were very friendlyand the food great! They are home to the Golden Avalanche Brewery! While my husband got a name brand beer I tasted 2 of theirbeers and got their blonde. It was crisp and light! My husband got the shepherd's pie and enjoyed it very much, it came with asalad, the greens were crisp and fresh and a variety not just iceberg. I enjoyed a rather large fish sandwich!! It wasn't allbatter the fish was a nice thick piece. It was deep fried and cooked just right! The flavor was light and delicious! I wouldrecommend this place to everyone! This place is absolutely amazing. From the laid back atmosphere and friendly staff, to the delicious appetizers and even more... amazing food. Our waiter Darrin was extremely awesome. He was quick, always checking on us and making sure or water was alwaysfilled. We were visiting from New York and plan on making the trip again soon.. Kutztown will be the place to go. Read more

Good place, nice gem. AC works great in here, refreshing for a 92 degree day. If you like Guinness get the Boubon Stout.
One of our favorites! Took a visiting relative and her friend to dinner. First time for both of them and they loved it! Didn?t... make reservations, but we normally do. Not a problem since it was @ 7:30pm and summertime so we didn?t have to worry aboutcollege students with visiting parents. I had my usual favorite, the Pagoda salad. We went here for lunch after a morning spent at a Kutztown University orientation: clean, very nice wait staff, reasonable... prices, and tasty tavern-style burgers, panini, and fries. Parking (and interior volume) might be difficult during evenings,peak hours, or when school is in session. But it worked out perfectly for us on a Saturday in early June. Read more

Great place to have dinner and a drink. Excellent atmosphere, food and service. Brewery on site. I had the Blonde Lager. Very,... very good. Flights are available, many brews to choose from. Food was great and reasonably priced. Our server was very friendlyand efficient. Recommended. Read more
