Cashieers are very nice. But the drinks in the fridge are always warmer then normal. The wawa down the road from this one?s... drinks are always very cold. Also everytime I?ve ordered a breakfast burrito from here, i request ketchup on it and they neverput it on. They?re also not folded well, which i can deal with but come on. Atleast put what i ordered on. Along with the otherreviews left for this wawa it is overall subpar. No bathrooms. If you can, just stop at the wawa 5 minutes down the road fromthis one. Yesterday, I tried an online (pre-order) for the first time. If you're like my family, deciding where to take-out is not the... easier consensus. Wawa, however, offers a good variety that everyone's happy with. And, I had a [few] gift cards so I figured,"Why not?" Ordering from the app is about as easy as using the in-store touchscreen. From the comfort of home, we loaded up ourcustomized orders (for 3 people) and submitted the order. I then did a solo run over to Wawa and (through GPS magic) they knewwhen I arrived and started making my order right away. As always things were make correctly to order. They were fast andfriendly. And, just like ordering process, I was able to pay entirely with my phone using the app. To boot, Wawa prices areVERY competitive. The meal was probably about 60% of the cost of getting take-out from an Italian place. The entire transactionwas, well...enjoyable...I must be getting old. Read more
Have to amend my review based on a few recent poor experiences. Came in this weekend for a Nice classic Italian sub. Place the... order and then watch 3 different people start making my sub. They are all joking and fooling around and no one evidently candecide who exactly wants to make it. ALL the people who ordered in front of me start getting their food and I'm waiting now 10+minutes for my order. Finally sub gets made but its hardly even wrapped. I get home and open it up and none of the toppings areactually on the sub (see photo below). Really disappointed. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of one is based on priorgood experiences. Lately, though the service has been consistently poor. I hope it improves again because I like the place. Read more
Staying at the holiday inn for work. Walked 5 minutes down the street to the wawa. Got back only to find that they left the... cucumbers and tomato off of my bagel sandwich. Also, contrary to some of the other reviews, i did not find any of the stafffriendly. Not rude, but i did not have that fuzzy welcoming friendly feeling but in their defense, customer service is probablydifficult. Read more
I've been going to this Wawa for many years. I live in close proximity and the staff are beyond friendly. One worker... particularly keeps me coming back: Deb. All my friends will agree she is the nicest person that can work a register. There havebeen times my friends were running in for something quick, I'd see Deb working and felt it necessary to walk in and say "Hi."Seeing her always brings a smile to my face, no matter how bad things may be. No public restrooms. I had such high hopes for this Wawa when I moved to Kulpsville - after all, I can walk there from my... house, but this store just seems to continually disappoint. It's perpetually understaffed, out of products and don't even sellseveral items that are always available at other Wawa stores. If you order from the deli, be sure to check before leaving thatyou got what you ordered and the bread isn't hard and stale; there's a pretty good chance that something will be wrong. Add inthe unfriendly service and lack of public bathrooms and this Wawa is just not up to par. I give places several chances before Igive up on them and in this Wawa location it was six strikes and you're out. There is a much better Wawa just down the streetand I'll shop there until this location gets its act together. Read more
